Once inside Airport Hotel Texel you breathe the atmosphere of grandeur, and we know: good wine needs no bush! Guests return regularly and many filled in questionnaires by satisfied guests proof it too. They appreciate creature comforts, discretion and privacy. And that's exactly what we have to offer.
As a guest you are treated to a lot of Texel hospitality, such as free internet access (fast and stable), a free electronic safe in the room, a free fine bottle of wine, all mod cons and optimal service. The hotelguest will soon feel at home! The peace and quiet so typical of this island and its airfield add to this. There are rooms for smokers and non-smokers. From a hygienic point of view and as they might cause other guests inconvenience, pets are not allowed.
Before new guests check into a suite it is entirely cleared of all kinds of smells. The air is purified by means of a unique and environmentally friendly “Multi Clean Air” apparatus. Every suite is completely clean, free of any smell and allergy-proof. Ideal for all, but especially for guests with lung trouble or allergies.
In 2007 Airport Hotel Texel was nominated the cleanest hotel of The Netherlands among others thanks to this unique concept of air purifying by making use of UV-C and Ozone technology.
Each of the 10 luxurious suites are provided with air-conditioning, underfloor heating, free internet and a safe. You can make your own favourite breakfast in the luxurious and modern kitchenette, which is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle and a coffee machine. Unfortunately there are no cooking facilities but room-service is available.
How about surprising you by a culinary delight? Enjoy a delicious champagne and salmon breakfast in bed. Because this is what we are really good at: room service. Your wish is our command!
Staying in our hotel is enjoying yourselves immensely: suiting luxury in a spacious suite of 43 to 67 square meters, free internet, underfloor heating, optimal relaxations in the jacuzzi/whirlpool and steam/shower cabinet.
A Bose 3-2-1 audio/DVD with home cinema system has been installed, so bring your favourite CD's and DVD's with you. Both the bedroom and the living room are provided with a flatscreen TV.

The airport is closed from 8 pm till 9 am so guests can enjoy a good night's rest.

But from 9 am in the morning: parachutists doing spectacular landings just in front of your balcony, light aircrafts taking off and landing just before you.
